My name is Lee Rowley. Why should that matter to you? It shouldn’t, unless you like what you read here and want to know who is behind it all. Or unless you’re stalking me, which I think would be a less-than productive use of your time.
I created The Caffeinated Entrepreneur in April 2013 as a place to ramble about business topics that don’t quite fit on any of my other sites. Here, I do my best to tackle the challenging side of entrepreneurship and offer tips and insights based on my 6+ years of being responsible for my own income.
In a previous life, I was a widget in a great corporate machine. It didn’t start out that way – when I joined the company in 1999, it was a homegrown sort of business where the CEO knew your name and stopped by your desk occasionally. But as the company grew, my enthusiasm waned.
I started my own marketing business in 2007, and exited the corporate world in 2009. Along the way, I’ve made more than my share of blunders, reinvented myself countless times, and learned a thing or two about what it takes to be an entrepreneur.
