Make An Offer So Good,
They’d Feel Dumb Saying No

Hormozi-Haters Beware

Ever feel like some business advice is like black coffee – strong, bold, and not for everyone?

Let’s talk about how Alex Hormozi’s strategies can transform your offers, even if his hustle-hard, “no weekends off” lifestyle isn’t your vibe.

Accidental Airbnb Breakthrough

This past week, I finally read Hormozi’s book, $100M Offers, while sitting around in our Airbnb after our move to Texas last week.

I had nowhere to go and no friends to call so I figured I would finally crack it open after it had been lost in the depths of my computer back for 8 months while life threw chaos at me from every direction as I packed for the move while, my to-do list laughing at my ambition to revamp my signature offer.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but five pages in, I found myself hooked. His straight-shooting style and dead-simple framework gave me the clarity I didn’t even realize I needed.

It helped me refine my own offer in a way that felt aligned and, dare I say, kind of fun?

Even better, it gave me the structure to help me truly create “an offer so good, people feel stupid saying no.” (his words, not mine)

The Grand Slam Offer Framework

Here’s the thing: You don’t need to go full beast mode to build a Grand Slam Offer. You just need to follow this simple process:

1. Define your “starving crowd.” Who is desperate for a solution—and what’s the pain they’re actually feeling? Get crystal clear on what they’re struggling with and what outcome they dream of.

2. Brain dump solutions. Come up with allllll the ways you could help them reach that outcome. Get creative. Then narrow it down to what you’re actually willing and able to deliver.

3. Apply Hormozi’s Value Equation.

Create an offer that:

  • Maximizes the dream outcome
  • Increases the perceived likelihood of achievement
  • Minimizes the effort and sacrifice required

4. Make it a no-brainer. Add strategic scarcity, urgency, valuable bonuses, and rock-solid guarantees.

This process works because it hits every lever of buyer psychology. You’re not just pitching a product. You’re engineering belief, reducing resistance, and anchoring urgency.

When done right, the offer practically sells itself because it feels like the smartest, fastest, and easiest path to their desired result.

Take what works. Leave the sweat-soaked tank top and nose strip behind.

Here’s my reality…I can’t buy into Hormozi’s idea of hustle at all costs.

I’m just not willing to sacrifice my family or my peace to get to seven figures faster. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to ignore his genius.

It would be downright foolish to brush off such an effective strategy just because I don’t vibe with his lifestyle!

His business frameworks are gold and applying them to my offer helped me improve both clarity around my offer AND my clients’ experience. And that’s what makes the offer truly powerful.

So no, you don’t need to adopt the whole Hormozi identity. You just need to borrow his brain for a bit.

Weekly Challenge

Pick your signature offer and run it through the Grand Slam Offer framework above. Then open ChatGPT and paste this prompt:

Act as a business strategist trained in Alex Hormozi’s Grand Slam Offer method. I’m going to give you my current offer. Break it down using the value equation (dream outcome, perceived likelihood of success, time delay, and effort/sacrifice), and help me refine it to become an irresistible no-brainer. Then suggest scarcity, urgency, bonuses, and guarantees that would make it even stronger.

Now go make your offer so good people feel stupid saying no. Then hit reply and tell me what you came up with. (Bonus points if it includes coffee.)

And in the words of Hormozi…
