Your Success is Not a Fluke
Have you ever had a month (or a season) where things just… worked?
Clients rolled in, sales felt easy, and for once, you weren’t drowning in Slack notifications or deadline-induced stress?
And yet, when things suddenly started feeling hard again, your first thought wasn’t, “I’ve got this.” It was, “Wait…did I just get lucky?”
That weird suspicion that your recent success couldn’t possibly be real…
That it must’ve been a one-time thing or a random fluke of good timing….
Yeah. Let’s talk about that.
When Business Feels Too Easy
These past 3 months have been the most ease-filled, life-actually-feels-good quarters in years.
I took off for nearly all of July during our cross-country move.
I officially ended my implementation services for my 3 remaining OBM retainer clients in August.
I protected family time with NO work during evenings and weekends in September.
And the revenue was still coming in. In fact, August was my biggest month ever!
It almost felt too easy.
Then October hit.
No retainers. No auto-payments queued up. No new leads clamoring to worth with me.
Just a lot of “I’ll work with you someday” vibes and an empty Stripe forecast.
Immediately, the fear spiral started: “I’m failing. My business isn’t successful.”

But then my coach pushed back and asked me a question that changed everything…
Look At The Evidence
She said: “Where’s the evidence that your business is NOT a success? Show me the data.”
So I did.
Or, so I thought I would…
We pulled up my revenue for 2025.
In just 9 months, I’d already matched ALL of 2024’s earnings and saw that I am still very much on track to hit my goal for 2025.
We pulled up my calendar.
I am working fewer hours than ever and admitted that it’s easier to actually be present with my family rather than be distracted by the weight of my business.
I had just proved myself wrong. I was successful. I just didn’t recognize the success because it didn’t look like the stressful hustle I was used to.
It felt easy so I wasn’t giving myself credit for it.
The problem is, when success comes without suffering, we often assume it doesn’t count.
But what if ease is just a sign that your systems, energy, and strategy are finally syncing?
What if that “random win” was actually the result of seeds you planted weeks ago?

Your Patterns Are Talking. Are You Listening?
We still had to deal with October though, right? My current reality was that I had no revenue on the horizon.
I know you’ve been there too.
I mean, are you even a real entrepreneur if you haven’t, at some point, found yourself staring at your bank account and/or credit card statement and just wishing it would magically “fix” itself somehow?
So my coach kept pushing me.
The clients that sign on with me in Q3? They didn’t actually fall from the sky so how did they find me? What was it that compelled them to sign up for my program or 1:1 sessions?
And when I thought about it, I realized that they had all seen a webinar, a post, or a video where I showed how I use AI differently.
That was it.
I demonstrated what I knew how to do and they decided they wanted to learn how to to it too.
EVER.SINGLE.ONE.
I just wasn’t paying attention enough to notice that pattern until my coach asked me to look for it.
And as soon as I did and repeated the actions? I landed 2 clients in 24hrs!

Here’s what you need to take away from this: when something works, especially when it feels easy, you have to stop and take notice.
Ease doesn’t mean accidental.
It means aligned.
You’ve got patterns hiding in plain sight. Find them and make them work for you!
WEEKLY CHALLENGE: Study Your Wins Like a CEO
Pick your last 3–5 “successful” moments in business. Maybe that was:
- A client who said yes without hesitation
- A launch that didn’t fry your nervous system
- A post that brought real leads
- A boundary you actually enforced 🙌
Then ask:
➡️ What actions happened before that?
➡️ Was there a pattern or behavior that contributed?
➡️ What can I repeat or refine before the year ends?
There’s No Fluke Here. Just Evidence You Forgot to Claim.
If you’ve had any kind of win lately, big or small, and caught yourself whispering, “That was lucky,” I want you to pause and acknowledge…
It wasn’t luck.
It was leadership came from the actions, strategy, alignment, or even boundaries you finally kept.
What you find?! I want to hear about your patterns because you’re doing better than you give yourself credit for.
Let’s make that your Q4 reality.
