BIG Changes are Coming!

If this newsletter is hitting your inbox later than usual… you’re not imagining things.

Things have been shifting behind the scenes over here, and while I’ll share more when it’s the right time, today I just want to name the real thing that happens when your internal world changes:

You feel both opportunity and pressure at the exact same time.

Like, “Oh, this is exciting” and “Cool, cool, cool, I might spontaneously combust” in the same breath.

Anyway. Coffee in hand. Here’s your big announcements rundown.

1) Team + company shifts (aka: why this is late)

There have been some changes with my team recently. I’m not going to turn this into a vague-posting soap opera, but I am going to say this:

When things internally start to shift, it forces you to get honest about what’s working, what’s not, and what you’ve outgrown.

That can be a gift. It can also feel like your week is suddenly on fire.

If you’re in that season too, I feeeeel you. You’re growing and rebuilding around your needs and capacity.

2) New clients + a weirdly satisfying pattern I’m seeing

I signed a 2 new clients in the last couple of weeks and I’m not even exaggerating when I say they’ve been parroting the exact words I’ve been hearing for months:

“I got way more productive, but it was a tremendous time suck!”

My friend, the honeymoon phase for AI is over.

(In case you’re way too young to understand this GIF… that’s Jackie Gleason from The Honeymooners, a.k.a. the original “I’m about to lose it” energy. You’re welcome.)

Anywho, established business owners who jumped on the AI bandwagon are disenchanted.

Not because AI “doesn’t work.”

Because bouncing between tools and LLMs and prompts and “the newest shiny thing” was supposed to give them freedom and, to be fair, at first it did.

They got more productive, but then it became an anchor, dragging them underwater with more tabs, more tinkering, and more noise.

So if you’ve been thinking, “Why do I feel more overwhelmed even though I have AI now?” I have something for you!

I do monthly trainings specifically designed to teach you practical ways to use AI that lighten your load, not make it heavier. Check out my next one at www.leadsmarterco.com/webinar

Sidenote: I’m also ridiculously excited because I have four other speaking/teaching opportunities coming up over the next three weeks inside other people’s communities.

So if you’re in a Facebook group, mastermind, or networking group and you’re looking for someone to come in and teach on AI, hit reply and tell me what you’ve got.

If it’s a fit, I’d love to come do a free private training for your peeps too!

They get super valuable & practical takeaways. I get in front of new people. YOU look like a freaking rockstar for setting it up!!

3) BIG ONE: The Caffeinated Entrepreneur is becoming a podcast

This is the part I’m ridiculously excited about!!

And no, it’s not a “read the newsletter out loud” situation. The podcast is me + my producer Bernie going behind the brew of past Caffeinated Entrepreneur newsletters.

We’re talking:

  • what was actually happening when I wrote that issue
  • what I was learning (or avoiding)
  • how that same lesson is playing out now, months later, in the real messy middle of running a business

It’s basically a coffee chat you can listen to: just two entrepreneurs talking about the highs, lows, and the stuff nobody posts about on socials.

Watch the trailer and stay tuned for our first 3 episodes to drop next week!

It’s going to feel like hanging out with me (and Bernie) with laughter, vulnerability, and the occasional poop joke by one of us (again, all Bernie 🙄), without needing to schedule a call.

Soooo, that’s all the things happening in my world (well, except that my family is officially house hunting now, which has its own bag of “excitement mixed with stress” worms).

But if things are shifting in your world too (business, team, life, brain), remember that it’s totally normal. You got this.
